My apologizes to everyone for disappearing from my blogging duties, but I have been having some bad luck with technology. Don't get me wrong, technology is a wonderful thing in this day and age. However, you begin to realize how much you depend on it,when it no longer works at your convenience. Firstly, my computer has been acting up and next my camera charger has mysteriously vanished. Unfortunately, without that it makes it really hard to do outfit posts, however, I’m being sent a new one as we speak! In the meantime, I'm currently using a borrowed camera. Thank you for all your support guys!
It's officially Spring, but as you can see from the pictures, it's currently dark, gloomy, rainy, and still cold. The good news, it's suppose to warm up very soon!  In the meantime, I did another go around with my floral print jacket and decided to try a different combo. I'm not a fan of sunglasses on me but these ones were too funky to pass up! The highlight of the outfit is this amazing clutch, which is my mother's. It's so old but still perfect for the Spring.

Until Next time,

Last week was quite an adventure, from getting perfect weather to being hit with a terrible snow storm, to now welcoming back the polar vortex.  Sometimes, I have to wonder when this crazy weather will ever go away and when spring will ever really come.
My semester at school is also soon coming to a end and a part of me is thanking the heavens and looking forward to the break. However, another part of me feels like I will miss it, only because  I kind of love the challenge of  a massive workload to keep my days very action packed. However, I am sure I will fill it with something else.
Today’s outfit is a simple one and features the Peter Pilotto for Target Moto Jacket. I’m sure you all remember the Peter Pilotto for Target collection from last month. I also featured this jacket on the " things that  we love" post, which can be found here

Until Next time,

Spring Wishlist

The beautiful weather today has me dreaming of spring, just like these items on my wish list. It's seems, that I'm dreaming of baby blues and pinks, and black and white. Although, I will probably not have the resources to purchase everything, a girl can dream, right? Especially, dream of the black and white Michael Kors heels, that cost more than my monthly shopping budget.

What things are you adding to your closets? What's on your wish list?

Until Next time,
Sincerely Miss J

A Hint of Sports luxe and Neon

Although, I have been known for dressing inappropriately for the weather in the past, yesterday was a mild day. The sun was shining and there was hope that spring is on the way. I was excited because I found this skirt at Winners recently purchased, and I actually got a chance to wear it.The "it factor" that stood out for me was the mesh insert. The skirt plays on one of this season's hottest trends, the sports luxe trend. I decided to pair it up with this bag from express because it's all about practicality to me. I can carry a lot of things in it, including flats when my feet start to kill. The rest of the outfit is thrifted

I have some good news, I have decided to start posting 2-3 times a week consistently on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Like many women I wear multiple hats, and wanted to be able to share all those different roles with you. My roles require many types of styles like causal, dressy, trendy, or corporate.

For lent, I have also decided to give up the act of procrastination. It’s not a typical thing to give up but for me it’s something I get extremely tempted to do on a daily bases. I also want to wish everyone a Happy International Women’s Day.

Until next time,
What do you think of the neon or sport luxe trend for Spring?
