Making Memories-Update

           Hey everyone, so it's been awhile since i have written and updated. I apologize to all those who have been wondering where i have gone. Anyways, i am back, even though i thought many times i would just quit blogging. However, i decided to come back in full swing. What's new? Nothing much just working and making memories. This weekend is Caribana/Toronto caribbean carnival long weekend, and i'm so grateful that i was off to enjoy the festivities. Let's recap, friday i met up with a friend and relaxed downtown with some folks. On Saturday i attended the Toronto carnival parade, and then had the amazing opportunity to see Machel montano live in concert. The weekend so far has been amazing, but i think i am starting to get old cause i dont seem to function as well as before without sleep. Anyways, HAPPY CARNIVAL WEEKEND everyone, especially to my west indies people!! Okay back to Machel Montano. He was amazing last night, and i danced the night away with 1000+ guests or more  in a big outdoor fete. Unfortunately, i did not bring my camera with me so no pictures, boo!!! Hey Everyone it has been awhile since i posted anything. I so sorry, i just returned from my trip and have been feeling extremely under the weather. So here is a quick update on how things are going, things are fine, i will be posting details on my trip very soon, as well as start doing hair posts. I also changed the layout of my blog to something more simpler. Will be updating real soon chow.

Happy Days

          Hey everyone, so i'm still away but i have some access to the internet, however I have not posted anything because i was either busy or sick. Before I headed off on vacation I wanted to post this outfit post but did not get a chance to until now. Currently, i'm in Ghana (West Africa) for the first time. I am enjoying it so far, but i must say what a big cultural difference. Its nice seeing my family that i have never seen before, however its hot and the mosquitos are killer here. Enjoy

Pink maxi skirt

       Hey everyone, so today is the day that I jet off to Ghana for a month. While there I’m hoping to continue my posts, but we shall see. Anyways, this is an outfit post of something I wore last week. I was running errands all day and then met up with a friend. The outfit is simple, comfortable and a practical way to incorporate a maxi skirt into your wardrobe. Hope to be posting stuff real soon, if not I will be back next month with loads of pictures.

Hey everyone, it was such a beautiful day today, i thought it would be fun to do some test shooting, ring in the beginning of spring weather with some crazy colour. Therefore, this post is for test shooting purposes, and not so much an outfit post. I personally would not wear this outfit in this way out around town, like i would for my other outfit posts. Are you a stylist or have any involvement in the fashion industry?: No, i have no involvement in the fashion industry, and i'm not a stylist. I just like putting stuff together. However, i have done some work in modeling,styling, makeup, and hair for close friends to help them out on their personal projects.

How would you describe your style? simple and classy, i love solid pieces but on occasion i do play with some patterns.

Where do you get your clothes: I do not limit myself to one or two stores, however i really love Zara, h&m, and french connection. I also love thrifting  because it is exciting to hunt. I also find, you can be more creative with clothing when you thrift due to the fact that often no two items are the same and sometimes you can find more there than the malls. I purchase everything i wear.

Who takes your pictures?: my little sister is the person behind the camera, this blog is our bonding time, and we are both having fun learning

What are some of your hobbies?: When i'm not working and have money to spare i love to travel. So far, I have been to many places in the united states, Cuba, Dominican,Italy, France and Spain.I also love fine arts, singing, music, and of course if time alones, blogging.
