*This post is in partnership with buybuy BABY Babyhood program, however all opinions are my own*

When my husband and I took the time to complete our baby registry it was more involved than we initially thought.  It was overwhelming, intimidating, and  pretty time consuming.  However, we are grateful  that we reached out to registry experts, family and friends for help. I have partnered with buybuy BABY to create a post to help break down some things that we learned through the process of building our baby registry and give you 5 tips to consider when building your baby registry.

Travel Diary: Comfortable Chic

If you have been following me on Instagram you would have noticed that my husband and I escaped to Europe for our honeymoon. We finally got to go on that honeymoon that we had been waiting for. We decided to travel to France, Spain, and Italy and explored a few cities in each of these countries over the past couple of weeks. The trip was amazing but we were definitely on the go much more than we thought we would be, which means not enough relaxation. It was a challenge looking chic while being comfortable on our daily adventures.

Six ways to boost your energy level

7 Ways to boost your energy, Toronto Blogger, Fitness challenge
A couple of months ago I was feeling completely run down. I was extremely fatigued to the point that I often started drifting to sleep mid sentence after 8pm. I was stressed to the max with the wedding, new job and just keeping up with every day life. My lack of energy affected my mood, my productivity, and my memory. I was even too tried to participate in things that I loved doing including blogging.
I decided to change a few things in my life to help boost my energy level. So, in no particular order, here are my six things I did that helped boost my energy level.

S Miss J's Life Updates #1

Life updates: Smissjblog, Toronto blogger
It's 2016 and I thought what a perfect time to try something new. I've had this blog for a while and have often been on the fence about how personal I wanted to get. I'm a private person and when I started this blog I really had no intention to share much of my personal life outside of fashion and beauty. However, I've started longing to open up more and will be sharing biweekly updates called "S Miss J's Life Updates". Many of these pictures are also on my Instagram account so please feel free to follow me @smissjblog for daily updates.

5 Tips for choosing the right workout gear for you

4 Tips for choosing the right workout gear for you, Goty Goty Anaconda Pant, Stretchers running shoes, Toronto Blogger

It's still shocking that these pictures were taken less than 2 weeks ago before my run because of how   cold it is now.
Ever since starting graduate school back in September, I haven't been my active self due to the workload and stress. So, when I finished in August I made it my mission to slowly transition back to my old active self.

New Kid on the Block: Indeed Labs. Skin Care + #ootd

Indeed Laboratories Canada, Carbana Pool Bar, Skin Care, beauty Preview, Toronto, Canadian Beauty Blogger
One of the benefits of blogging is being able to try out new goodies before they come out to the general public. I had the pleasure of hitting up the preview of Canada-based Indeed Laboratories' new skin care line at the gorgeous Cabana Pool Bar with my blogger #bff Busola from The Fashion Stir Fry. The unfortunate part was that the weather was too cold to hit the pool, but the view of the city and mingling with fellow Canadian beauty bloggers made up for that.

Wedding bells!!

Hey everyone, this is a new style post, but first I would like to send my congrads out to my friend Karen. Today was her big day, congrads again to karen and Jer. on their marriage! The ceremony was beautiful, and the bride was stunning. It was a small and cute semi formal wedding.
The dress and the belt that i wore to the wedding was thrifted, and was one of the items that i purchased on the "shopping trip" blogged on the previous post. The flowery detailing was what first caught my eye.

Outfit Information: dress and belt: thrifted

Shopping Day!!!

Ready, set, and shop!!! Hey everyone, i am back again with some wise words and some photos i took during an afternoon of shopping. A few days ago i went shopping with some girlfriends in downtown Toronto. It was fun and much needed. Oh, yes that is my friend,Abena in the turban. She has been featured on my blog before, here is the link: http://sincerelymissj.blogspot.com/2011/03/inspirational-wednesdays-abena.html

We walked so much that day, that once i got home it was straight to bed for me. Anyways, we mostly shopped on the streets  rather than the mall. We also went thrifting, which  i was excited to do  because this was my first time going with the "thrifting queen", Abena. It was so fun, and together we found alot of interesting goodies including this shiny green dress. Unfortunately, none of us brought the dress.

And yes of course, no good day could have ended without food. We found an extremely cheap place on Queen st. It was an Korean and Japanese restaurant . We were served appetizers that consisted of a small salad, miso soup, 2 other side dishes, then our main course pictured below for less than $11. Whoa!!!

So i leave you with some wise words, enjoy life because life is indeed too short. Also live it living and not just going through the actions. I see way too much sickness and death in my occupation to worry about little things. Until next time, love,

Sincerely Miss J
